Schutzhund

Schutzhund is a German protection sport.  The literal translation is "protection dog".  Each title, Sch1, Sch2, Sch3, is comprised of three phases, tracking, obedience and protection.  In order to advance to the next title  a dog must pass each of the phases at the same trial.

Schutzhund evaluates the dog in regards to temperament and training.  Much of it relates to control.  This is a wonderful sport to consider if you are one of those who like to compete or even if you just want to build that relationship with your dog.

We accept all breed for Schutzhund training as long as they possess the necessary drives for the work.  Once again, we go on an individual basis, and you are given one on one instruction in handling.

We are producing some of the best training for our teams in the state.  And we provide it with a friendly, warm atmosphere.
